Description
The recall includes Specialized Flux and Stix Sport and Comp model bicycle headlights and taillights sold separately as aftermarket equipment.  They have rechargeable batteries with USB ports.

Flux headlights: Flux headlights have a round, metal mounting system that fits both flat and drop handlebars.  “Flux” is printed on the side of the black, rectangular-shaped lights and on the bottom of the pewter-colored aluminum casing.

Flux taillights: Flux taillights have a pewter-colored base with a 110-lumen light on the top. They mount on 27.2 mm, 30.9 mm and Venge seat posts. The Specialized logo is printed on top of the taillights. They have a sensor to boost output in flash mode during the daytime.

Stix headlights: Stix headlights are black with a 70-lumen light (Stix Sport) or a 105-lumen light (Stix Comp). They mount on handlebars between 22.2 mm and 35 mm in diameter. Stix is printed in white letters on the end of the headlight.
Incidents/Injuries
The firm has received four reports of Flux headlights or taillights overheating and two reports of Stix headlights expanding and bursting. No injuries have been reported.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using these recalled headlights and taillights. Return them an authorized Specialized bicycle retailer for a free repair for Flux model headlights, or a free replacement for Flux model taillights, and Stix model headlights and taillights. Consumers who bought the bicycle lights directly from Specialized should contact Specialized for return instructions.

This recall involves gas station hose and swivel fitting sets used with gas station nozzles to dispense or transfer refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends and biodiesel blends. The sets are made of at least one metal swivel fitting attached to ¾-inch or 1-inch FLEX-ING™ brand FLEX-ON™ Hardwall, Marina and Softwall hoses. The attached hoses were sold in varying lengths. The size in inches and millimeters, and part number 559N or 559NMP are printed on the sidewall of the hoses.

Hardwall hoses were sold in the colors black, blue, green, red and yellow, and have “FLEX-ING FLEX-ON HW FR PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS” printed on the sidewall.

Marina hoses were sold in the color green and have “2 BD. STYLE BC MARINA GASOLINE” on the sidewall.

Softwall hoses were sold in the color black and have “FLEX-ING FLEX-ON SILVER SW PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS on the sidewall.

Incidents/Injuries
Franklin Fueling Systems has received reports of three incidents in which a swivel fitting has separated from a hose causing a fuel spill. No injuries have been reported.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled hose/swivel fitting sets and contact the firm to receive a full refund or a replacement hose/swivel fitting set.
Sold at
Distributors, contractors and gasoline stations nationwide from April 2015 through September 2015 for swivel fittings with ¾-inch hoses and May 2015 through October 2015 for swivel fittings with 1-inch hoses. The hose/swivel fitting sets were sold for between $18 and $400.

The recall includes Williamson and Thermoflo furnaces and boilers with Carlin oil burners with an installation date label between April 1, 2015 and November 31, 2015. The installation date is printed on a label on the outside of the furnace or boiler. Recalled furnaces have a Carlin burner inside of the furnace, behind the furnace grate. Recalled boilers have a Carlin burner attached to the outside of the boiler enclosure. “Carlin” is printed in white letters on the face of the burner nameplate.
Incidents/Injuries
Carlin has received one report of the burner failing to shut off. No injuries have been reported.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately contact Carlin to arrange for a free repair. Consumers who cannot locate their installation date label can also contact Carlin. Carlin is contacting installers directly to make repairs on furnaces that were installed in consumer’s homes.

The front of the wall clocks is made of glass and has a white background. “Invented in 1698” is printed on the front of the clocks. Description
This recall involves Pelican 9410L flashlights equipped with lithium ion battery packs and replacement battery packs. The flashlights are yellow and black. “Pelican 9410L” is printed on the front of the flashlights and on the top of the handle. The recalled flashlights have manufacturer part number 9410-021-245 or 9410-021-110 printed on the packaging. The manufacturer part number for the recalled battery pack is 9413-301-001 and is printed on a label on the battery’s shrink wrap.  Only battery packs that contain green shrink wrapped cells are included in the recall.
Incidents/Injuries
Pelican has received two reports of overheating battery packs. No injuries have been reported.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled flashlights and replacement battery packs and contact Pelican for instructions on returning the flashlights for free installation of a new battery pack or to exchange replacement battery packs that were sold separately for a new replacement battery pack.

The recalled Ambient Weather radios are red and black and measure about 8 inches wide by 4 inches tall by 2 inches deep. “Ambient Weather,” “AM/FM/Weather Band Radio” and “NOAA Weather Radio” are printed in white lettering on the front of the radio. The radios have a black crank handle on the back, an antenna on the top, and LED flashlight on the left side, a clip on the right side and a cable to charge a smart phone. Description
This recall involves the Vitodens 200-W condensing gas boilers used for residential use. These wall hung units are housed in a white metal box that measures about 43.5 inches tall by 19 inches wide by 21 inches deep.  There are two models: B2HB-45 and B2HB-57 included in this recall.  The name “Vitodens” and “Viessmann” are printed on the label on the outside of the boiler box. The product name and model number can be found on the boiler rating plate located on the left side of the white boiler cover. The serial number can be found on a separate label under the boiler cover or on the left hand side of the unit. Recalled boilers do not have a blue dot with a handwritten data label on it.
