This recall involves 25 styles of boys, girls and toddler sleep sets, sleepers, pants, nightgowns and robes sold in 100% polyester fleece or knit. The garments were sold in sizes 3 months to 16 (girls) and 20 (boys), and in various colors and patterns. The style number is printed on a tag affixed to the garments’ neck, waist or side seam. Consumers should immediately take the recalled sleepwear away from children and return it to Lands’ End for a full refund. Lands’ End is notifying all known consumers and will provide a prepaid mailing label. Consumers who return the recalled garments will receive a $15 Lands’ End gift card.

Description
This recall involves CreaMiser refrigerated coffee creamer dispensers for commercial use with model numbers 200, 210 and 400, digital thermometers and certain serial numbers. The plastic dispensers were sold in the following colors: black granite, gray granite and sand. Models 200 and 210 have two creamer dispenser stations and model 400 has four creamer dispenser stations.  Model, serial number and “CreaMiser Products Corporation” are printed on a white sticker or metal name plate on the back of the dispensers.

Incidents/Injuries
There have been seven incidents with the recalled creamer dispensers, including two fires at repair facilities and five units that had melted digital thermometers. No injuries have been reported.
Remedy
Owners should immediately unplug the recalled creamer dispensers, remove them from service and contact CreaMiser for a free repair.

Distributors nationwide to convenience stores, quick-serve restaurants, hospital and workplace cafeterias, college food service facilities and hotels and motels from January 2001 through November 2003 for about $990 for the two dispenser models and about $1,235 for the four dispenser models.

Both youth loungewear pants are 100% cotton and were sold in youth sizes small through XL. The recalled garments have a label sewn inside the waistband with the product’s identification number that includes the last four digits as the date of manufacture in MMYY format. The recalled youth loungewear pants have identification numbers ending in 0711, 0212, 1112, 0313, 0413 or 0713.

Urban Outfitters has received one report of a teacup sparking during microwaving. No injuries have been reported.

Description
The trimmers are used in residential and professional applications for cutting grass and light brush. The cutting attachments include a trimmer head and metal blade. The trimmers are about 72 inches long and up to 28 inches wide. They are red and gray with either a bike or loop handle configuration. Three models are recalled in two engine sizes measured in cubic centimeters. They are 36cc models 8371 S and 8371 T, and a 40.2cc model 8421 T engine displacement. The brand “efco” and model number are printed on the front of the engine and the brand name also appears on the wand.
Incidents/Injuries
The firm has received 11 reports of muffler failure, including two resulting in singed hair.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the recalled trimmers immediately and return them to an authorized efco dealer for a free replacement.

The scene is framed by a beveled glass mirror frame. The lamp case and stand are made of plastic. The lamp measures 7 ½ inches tall x 12 ¼ inches wide x 3 inches deep.  Style 45458 is printed on the original box.

Eleven incidents have been reported of the item overheating or sparking when plugged in. No injuries have been reported.

This recall involves children’s onesies and two-piece KTM motocross pajamas. The Baby Racing Body onesies are 95% cotton and 5% elastane and were sold in three prints. One is orange with white sleeves and the KTM brand logo on the left chest. The second is white and orange with the KTM brand logo in bold orange printed on the center front of the chest and on the left and right hip. The third onesie is yellow with orange and black detailing and the KTM brand logo printed on the left. All onesies are long-sleeved and have snap closures from the neck to the left ankle and were sold in sizes 18 months to 2T.

The two-piece, long-sleeve and pant pajama sets are 100% cotton and were sold in two prints. The Kids Racing Gear pajama is white with black, orange and grey detailing on the top and pant with a black elastic waistband and KTM printed on the left side of the chest.
